Made in the Philippines, for Philippine shops

The counter, the stock and the takings.

EasyServe POS takes the money, keeps stock honest across every branch, and tells you at closing what the day actually made.

Trial before anything is agreed

Food stalls at dusk, warm lights strung above trays of street food.

Six in the morning, and the trays are already out.

The till should be the least of it.

At the till

The queue does not wait for arithmetic

Tap the product, tap the tender. Change due is the largest thing on screen, quick-tender keys cover the notes people actually hand over, and the bread running low is flagged on the tile before anyone asks for it.

  • Cash, card, GCash and bank transfer
  • Park a basket and serve the next customer
  • Void a sale, or refund part of one

Behind the counter

One catalogue, counted per branch

Every location shares the same products and prices, and keeps its own stock. Move a tray from Tanauan to Lipa and both counts follow, with the movement recorded against whoever moved it.

Then the day reads back as figures — what sold, what sold most, and how it compares with the week before.

At close

The drawer either balances or it does not

Open a shift with a float, count the cash at the end, and the difference is worked out and kept against the cashier who counted it. No arguments the next morning about what was in the till.

Anything with a counter, a till and a few staff

Bakeries

Trays out by six, sold out by ten.

Water refilling

Made on demand, so nothing to count down.

Barbershops

Selling time, not stock, on the same till.

Chicharon stalls

One counter, two staff, cash all day.

Sari-sari stores

Hundreds of lines, thin margins, fast queue.

Milk tea counters

Made to order, rung in seconds.

Before you ask

Do I need internet?
Yes — the till talks to the server on every sale. Offline mode is not built, and we would rather say so than surprise you at the counter.
Can I use my own printer?
Anything that prints from a browser. Slips are laid out for an 80mm roll.
What if I open a second branch?
The catalogue is already shared. Add the branch, and stock counts separately from day one.
How do I get set up?
We do it. You tell us what you sell, we hand you an account with your products in it.

We set up every shop ourselves

No sign-up form, no card. We talk about how your shop runs, then hand you an account with your products already in it.
